How Docuvra collects, uses and protects personal data.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Who we are

Docuvra ("we", "us") is a company based in Singapore operating the website docuvra.com and the Docuvra managed documentation platform. We are responsible for personal data collected through this website and act as a data intermediary for customer documentation content processed on a customer's behalf under a service agreement.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data you provide through our contact form or by email: name, work email address, company and the content of your message.
  • Account and workspace data for customers: user names, roles, organisational details entered into a workspace, approval actions and audit records.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and, where enabled, cookies described in our cookie policy.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and provide the service you request.
  • To operate, secure and improve the platform, including maintaining approval and audit trails.
  • To send service communications. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We rely on your consent (including deemed consent where you provide data in order to obtain a service you requested), our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

5. Customer documentation content

Documentation content processed within a customer's workspace is used solely to deliver that customer's documentation programme — drafting, reviewing, publishing, maintaining and answering questions from it. It is not used for any other customer.

6. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions under contract (hosting, email delivery), with professional advisers, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA, for example through contractual arrangements with the recipient.

8. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Customer data is kept for the duration of the agreement and deleted or returned within 90 days of termination unless the law requires longer retention.

9. Your rights

You may ask for access to and correction of your personal data and may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. You may also contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). To exercise your rights, contact privacy@docuvra.com.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
